TRAVIS WILLIAMS
SAYS...
How would you
define love? "Love is a natural vibe that you and your
companion have...love is beautiful...you're happy with it and sad
without it. Love will never go unnoticed and you think about her
when you go to sleep and wake up in the morning. That's love."
What's your biggest turn on/off? "My biggest turn-on is a
woman that's supportive of me when I am down & up. She's not
concerned with the fact that I'm a successful basketball coach,
etc ( For example, she's here for me through the good times and
the bad. I My biggest turn-off is a materialistic women concerned
with money & who I am and what i can do for her."
Describe the type
of women you have been dating? What did you like/dislike about
them? "I have been dating a variety of women. Some are just
laid back, very cool, classy, smart, and beautiful. They have
wonderful careers and some of them enjoy church activities,
sports, working out, reading, and traveling. All of these
activities are very attractive to me. Overall, I enjoyed spending
time with the women that I dated, but I did not like the ideal of
being pressured into a relationship so quickly (a few months into
dating) I am the type of individual that goes with the flow & take
my time. About 3 years ago, I was in a very serious relationship
and it became ugly and hurtful so I am careful about my feelings!"
Describe your typical first date? "My typical first date is
maybe a dinner & a movie. I love eating at nice restaurants (this
gives us a chance to get to know one another & share a few laughs)
and movies are a way for us to unwind after a long day. After the
movie, we can go have dessert or a drink (coffee, cappuccino, wine
etc.) at Intermezzo Cafe ( a very popular late night spot known
for its wonderful desserts, drinks, & social scene) located in
Buckhead If she's in a dancing or jazz mood, we can find a nice
spot to listen to live music."
What would you like to know about someone before you went on a
date? "What 's her favorite restaurant? What does she like
doing? Does she drink? Can she dance? Does she like the social
scene? It helps me out to plan the night better."
What's the first thing you notice about a woman? "First of
all, I must be attracted to her and I love a woman with a
beautiful smile."
What qualities do you look for in a woman? "I look for
honesty and integrity in a woman. She has to be religious (GOD
fearing), ambitious, strong, and determined, but at the same time
passionate, loving, caring, understanding, unpretentious,
independent but at the same time value me as her man & supportive
in all aspects."
Which famous person would you like to date? "I have always
admired Halle Berry. She's very beautiful, sexy and graceful. Her
work is wonderful! She's set the foundation and pinnacle for black
women in films."

"Being a more effective communicator in a relationship.
Communication is the key to a happy & sound relationship."

living and I use in your motivation speeches to my players, other
student-athletes, boys-n-girls clubs, and YMCA groups"
What would be the title of your biography? "The Life of
Travis L. Williams, Through adversity & tragedy..."He believed and
achieved Success in Life."
