sure watched a lot of basketball!"

on/off? "Turn on? Compelling conversation over dinner/wine.

What do you like on your pizza? "Mushrooms . . . "health be

Rice . . .so I could have her explain to me why an
African-American woman could EVER be a Republican and work for

What's the most funniest, romantic or disastrous thing that has
ever happened on a date? "I poured a woman's contact lens down
the sink in a hotel bathroom. Definitely in the "disastrous"
category."

blind date and if so how did it turn out? "YES. A mixed bag of
successes (smile)."
What would you like to know about someone before you went on a
date? "What they do for a living, interests, personality."
What's the first thing you notice about a woman? "Smile and
figure. Once we have discussion, her personality and character."
What qualities do you look for in a woman? "Compassion for
others/concern for what's going on in world, charm, common
interests and sex appeal."
What's the sexiest part of a woman? "Face and smile ...

How would you define love? "Dedicated to another person's
"well being. Thinking about that person first thing in the morning
and last thing at night."
What's your happiest moment? "When I don't awaken because
of anxiety over what I should be doing instead of sleeping."

"Do more about staying healthy, getting enough sleep and being
organized."

people say when I die 'he was a good guy.'"
If you life had a slogan what would it be? "Be just as kind
to everyone as I would want someone to be to my mother"
What would you do if you won the lottery? "Not do a whole
lot of work and not write too many more basketball
columns/notebooks."

hard-working guy"
How would you describe your best friend? "My best friends
are loyal to me and not afraid to tell me what I NEED to hear."
What is your greatest sports memory? "Attending and writing
about the 1984 U.S. Men's Basketball Olympic Trials in
Bloomington, Indiana."
