Most fashion experts thought Jay Wright (Villanova), with his deepest closet in years, would walk away with his fourth championship. But it was a newcomer who got the nod. Rider’s Kevin Baggett seemingly came out of nowhere to claim his first fashion title. Fellow MAAC coach Steve Masiello (Manhattan) and Alabama’s Anthony Grant also advanced to the Fashionable 4.

Chalk up number six for Bacari Alexander (Michigan). Alexander goes back-to-back to claim his sixth fashion crown. North Carolina’s Steve Robinson made his third straight appearance in the Fashionable 4, while Eric Eaton (Quinnipiac) and Robert Jones (Norfolk State) were making their debuts.
