BARBECUE TIME
Barry Hinson took over at Southwest Missouri State in 1999 and became only the fourth SMS coach to record 20 wins in his first year while posting the best win total of any SMS first-year head coach with a 23-11 record.

Recently Coach Hinson took some time out from his busy schedule to talk about something just a little more important than basketball... Barbecue.
